Just not long after crowned with EPL title, Man Utd go on for another glory, in the Europe. Throwing away the lead in the closing minutes in the 1st half of the match, it seems the Europe crown destine to go to London City, when Chelsea play better in the 2nd half. But luck was not with them and Man Utd defended resolutely and take the match to extra-time. With both teams having equal chances in the extra-time, Man Utd almost have the match sealed, when Ryan Giggs shot to an empty net was headed out by John Terry. So after 130 minutes of play, come the game of luck, penalty. Christiano Ronaldo missed the 3rd penalty for United, after Tevez and Carrick did their part. Chelsea make no mistakes in the first 4 penalties. Then after Hargreaves and Nani did their part to keep United alive, Chelsea skipper came on to take the 5th penalties for Chelsea after Ballack, Belleti, Lampard and Ashley Cole score. But John Terry slip and United are still alive. Then Anderson smashes in his penalty for Man Utd and Kalou scores to keep the match well alive. Then came boy from the team which won the magnificent treble for United a decade ago. His penalty was well taken, and Man Utd lead in penalty 6-5. Anelka has to score to keep Chelsea alive. His penalty missed, in fact saved by VDS. And this can only mean one thing, the Red Devils are the Kings of the Europe again after a decade. 2 of the golden boys from magnificent treble team, did their part in this time glory. Paul Scholes first blasted Man Utd to Moscow against Barcelona, while Ryan Giggs score the crucial penalty while hoping for Anelka to missed.
